I just wanted to take a second to let you know that out Culligan delivery driver Fred Sampson is by far one of the best guys that we deal with. He is so nice and always come in with a smile on his face and talking to everyone in the office. He always ask how our day is going and how are families are as well as sharing information about his kids with us ladies lol. We truly enjoy having yalls service and you really could not have a better employee he makes doing business with yall such a great experience with him being so positive and happy all the time. Wish all our vendors were as pleasant as he is.

Our Enterprise Product North Houston Facility is extremely proud of the service that we’ve been getting from our delivery driver Mr. Fred Sampson. When Fred took over this route our service has been excellent. Fred shows up on time every time and we are proud to have him as our delivery driver. His customer service is Great and we hope to have him for a while.

My name is Diane and I am the office manager for OCO Pressure Control Corporation which utilizes products & services from Culligan. Not only are we pleased with the product received, we're delighted by the service provided by our Route Salesman Fred Sampson. It is a pleasure doing business with him. He not only enjoys his job, but takes great pride in it. And, always with a smile on his face!

I wanted to drop a line in reference to Kareem our Culligan rep, since he has taken over the responsibility of our facility we have seen a dramatic change for the better in our service and attention to detail on not just the water but the additional coolers that have been added to the shop work cells, recommendations of additional products like the Sqwincher freeze pops, HotStik tea to name a few. Kareem is more than a delivery guy that passes through, he is one of the extend family members of Emco Wheaton and we appreciate everything he does to keep us up and running while adding the additional customer service.

I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much we appreciate our delivery man. His name is Fred Sampson. He always comes in with a smile on his face and has a good word to say. He has worked with us to make sure we have just the right amount of water on hand without having too much. He is a pleasure to work with!

Culligan recently set up a system for us. Bryan was so wonderful! He came in the pouring rain and set up our system. Even on such a gloomy day, he was delightful. He explained everything very well. Bryan even came back on another instance to help us resolve an issue. He was a delight both times! Culligan is the way to go!

We have owned our land for over 40 years and it has been since Harvey that our water from our well has really gone down. We saw the Culligan add on Facebook and so we called and made an appointment for someone to come out to check our water. A very knowledgeable man came out and explained what we could do to fix our water. So we put in a top notch system to help our water to taste better and to not turn everything we had orange. A very nice and capable young man put in our system and we LOVE what the system has done for us as a family. The Culligan company is very easy to work with, they even called us right before the hard freeze to remind us to cover the system outside. They have come out several times to check everything and to put in extra salt if needed. We are so happy that we put in the water system and would recommend it to anyone who lives on a water well.

We wanted to take a minute to let you know that our new Culligan man, Peter Zamudio, is AWESOME!!!! He replaced our cooler with a new one and provided cups and a cup holder. Today he left his business card and let us know not to hesitate to give him a call on his cell with anything we might need. Thank you for sending such a delightful route man! It is appreciated.

We had the pleasure of receiving a service call from an employee named Mike Clayborn. We couldn't have ordered greater service if we tried! Mike's vast, yet thorough knowledge, coupled with great friendly service was a welcome resolution to our water problems. He was able to quickly, yet efficiently, resolve our water problem. Not only that, he was able to explain the problem that occurred and the options available to us in such a way that were easily understood. NOT an easy task to do for a 51 yo homeowner with zero experience or knowledge of water wells or water softeners!
Individuals such as Mike who care greatly about their customer, who maintain a generous and impeccable work ethic, and who are willing to share that knowledge with the customer to effect a stable long-term outcome are an invaluable resource for the reputation and success of a company such as Culligan. At any rate, we're grateful for having had the opportunity to benefit from Culligan and its services from an employee such as Mike.
